In this exercise:

• You will complete a quarterly market analysis report for an investment fund.
• You will learn the purpose of market analysis reports, what a general partner is vs. a limited partner is in an investment fund, a financial update vs. market analysis, and why it’s important.
• You will have completed a market analysis report to replicate in your own roles or show to potential employers (bonus: no NDA for this, so you can share!).
• You will learn how to research and combine economic data points like consumer sentiments and interest rates, coupled with local real estate market data points like days on market and median price/sq ft. to identify opportunities and risks for your real estate investments.
• You will flex both your qualitative and quantitative analysis muscles.
