We'll talk about LinkedIn writing guidelines, the algorithm, and my system for staying organized. The day after the workshop the 10-day challenge will begin and you'll write your own posts using your own experience, with tons of support from workshop material (templates, formats, hooks, etc).

My Story

Three years ago I had zero followers, zero strategy, and zero proof that anyone would care about what I had to say about the Chief of Staff role.

I started posting consistently because I believed the role deserved a real voice, not because I had a content plan or a following to speak to. For the first several months, my posts were just my thoughts, unfiltered and unstrategic, written for no one in particular. I had no framework for what would stop someone from scrolling, no sense of who I was really writing for, and no understanding of how to make content people would actually want to share.

That changed slowly, and then all at once. Eight months into posting consistently, a major conference company found me on LinkedIn and reached out to ask if I would teach Nova's Chief of Staff Certification at their conferences. They saw me and the work I was doing, because I was visible. That partnership now brings Nova in to three in-person trainings each year and has reached over 500 live students.
